Doug Schumacher is a building industry veteran with over 30 years in the design, development and construction industry. His work spans a wide spectrum of project types and size and encompasses over $1B in successfully completed projects. His career began in architecture and development, designing and managing projects for a top local developer. He has earned a reputation for leading teams on large and complex projects, ensuring the focus is on client goals and success. Never one to be complacent, Doug has consistently sought out challenges, from delivering projects in locations such as remote Alaska and Micronesia to leading project teams on large commercial, and high-tech projects.
Over the past 20 years, Doug’s focus has been in design build project delivery. Leveraging his extensive design, development and construction background, he ensures successful outcomes for all teams involved. As a business unit leader, he has effectively delivered projects exceeding $200M, created new market sectors, led initiatives and developed operational programs improving project outcomes.
