The Turgeon Raine project was an 8,500-sq.ft. tenant renovation with high-end finishes for this local jewelry store in downtown Seattle. The scope of the work included turning this seismically renovated building and producing a flagship high-end jewelry store. The lighting design highlighted the new storefront which included sapele veneer Casework set into a round stainless steel frame. The GWB walls are enhanced by custom plaster work and inset sapele veneered wall display units. The floor plan is topped off with an elliptical shaped plaster wall.
The project was completed while Jackie Costigan was at Turner Construction, under Jackie’s leadership.
Role on project: General Contractor/Construction Manager.
