The world headquarters for Getty Images involved a 180,000 square foot build-out, located in the heart of Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. Getty Images is the world’s leading imagery company, creating and providing the largest and most relevant collection of images to professionals around the globe. This build-out included construction of office spaces with raised access flooring, conference areas, multimedia rooms, data centers, and cafeterias in two separate and uniquely-shaped buildings. The project was built in 14 weeks, while the shell and core of the building was being completed by another contractor.
The project was completed while Jackie Costigan was at Turner Construction, under Jackie’s leadership.
