CLIENT: Unico Properties
Costigan Integrated is managing the repositioning of the former Pemco Insurance headquarters for Unico Properties to suit high-tech and healthcare office tenant occupancy in South Lake Union. The building refresh includes an exterior facelift, new building lobby, reconfiguration and renovation of restrooms, addition of a roof deck on top of the existing parking garage, a building management office, bicycle storage, exercise facility and locker rooms. NBBJ Architects is leading the shell & core design with B+H Architects as interior architect. Howard S. Wright was selected as the General Contractor.
