  • 100,000 square foot, 11-story mixed-use building
  • 24 luxury condominiums
  • Three retail tenants at base: Bank of America, Seattle’s Best Coffee, and Georgio’s Subs
  • 60,000 square feet of office space
  • Registered National Historic Landmark and Seattle City Landmark
  • $15 million building renovation budget
  • Infilled light well, full seismic upgrade, all new utilities
  • Added penthouse condo floor and decks on top of building
