Sand Point Village is a commercial development that serves the Windermere and Laurelhurst neighborhoods in northeast Seattle. Windermere Services Company, the property owner, commissioned Costigan Integrated to prepare a feasibility study, financial analysis, and preliminary consultant selection for multi-phase redevelopment scenarios. The scenarios include a new building for the Windermere corporate office, which is currently located on the 128,000 SF site.
