The 5th and Pine Building was renovated in 1999 along with its sister building at 1505 Fifth Avenue, both part of the former Nordstrom department store in downtown Seattle. This 100,000 square foot, five-story building opens onto Westlake Park and has four floors of office space and retail at the base.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Managed retail and office tenant improvements
  • $12 million renovation budget included adding a floor on top of the building, a seismic upgrade, and all new systems
  • Office tenants: Coughlin, Porter & Lundeen structural engineers, and Aetna life insurance
  • Retail tenants: Coldwater Creek, Anthropologie, and Urban Outfitters.
     

This project was completed while Ken Zuber was at Pine Street Group, LLC, under Ken’s leadership.
